Cityscape
2007
Installation in a safe of a former bank. 300 x 400 x 400 cm, aluminum foil over collected objects.
The assignment was to make an installation that would refer to the city of Helmond. In one day I collected various furniture and other objects that had been dumped here and there and turned them into a new living room in this safe. The aluminum foil refers to conservation and conceptually connects the objects with the safe as space.
