This project investigates and demonstrates the legally, politically and socially complex procedures that challenges Dutch spatial planning, by proposing a scenario in which a large structure from the harbour would break free and be washed ashore. As room for unplanned transformations is very scarce in The Netherlands, it appeared almost impossible to find a location for the object, until I found a lot of which the owner did not know he owned it.
